In the Land of the Giants
Where the tall trees may grow
Man is insignificant
Just like a soft breeze blown
In the Land of the Giants
Where serenity is found
Man is so reliant
To take us to a place disconnected
Under the darkness of night
When the wind begins to howl
The giants stand strong
Guarding the creatures on the prowl
Under the hot and baking sun
The giants are resilient
They stand unwavering, dauntless
Marvelling in ther brilliance
They waver and they fall
And bend to their mother’s call
Humbling and bold
The remnants of the old
In the Land of the Giants
Peace and death is found
In the Land of the Giants
A refuge is taken
In the Land of the Giants
Man’s splendor runs aground
In the Land of the Giants
Humility is born and arrogance is shaken
